Sector Antenna vs High Gain Antenna

A sector antenna is an antenna type. Following are other antenna types: patch antennas, grid antennas, dipole antennas, etc. You can have a high-gain sector antenna, high-gain patch antenna or a high-gain grid antenna. I hope this makes sense. 

I guess I could say, "high-gain" is a capability/feature/specification of an antenna and it is not an antenna type.
