ENS620EXT - 2 SSID's - 2 Subnets

Recommended Posts

Dear Forum

We have ENS620EXT Routers and need 2 different SSID’s, each SSID with a different subnet
SSID ‘Name1’ 192.168.2.0/25
SSID ‘Name2’ 192.168.2.128/25

How do we separate that in the settings of these routers?
Best regards

First of all you have to configure your access point in mode: WDS AP, WDS Bridge

First of all you have to configure your access point in mode:

then set its configuration for both teams in the same way
SSID-NAME RED
CHANNEL-FREQUENCY CHANNEL
PASSWORD

1- ACCESS POINT 2.4Ghz

LINK WDS CONFIG

MAC ADDRESS OF THE SECOND TEAM

1- ACCESS POINT 5.8Ghz

LINK WDS CONFIG

MAC ADDRESS OF THE SECOND TEAM

For the configuration of the second team you must make the same configuration according to the first team.

for the configuration of the 2 different SSIDs you should create 2 Vlan with different IDs plus activate the oscillation in each access point separately

each ssid will be a different vlan identified by a different ID

enable the STP protocol to avoid looping in the network

Dear ctronic
Thank you for your help. Meanwhile I could separate in 2 different networks:
SSID xxx 192.168.2.0/24 GW 192.168.2.99
SSID yyy 192.168.3.0/24 GW 192.168.3.1 (Guest network)
Is there a possibility to force the Guest network another Gateway?? For example: GW 192.168.3.99
Best regards
