  1. TRC

    AP POE

EPA-1250h AP..... what POE injector is compatible with this access point it's 24 volt?
  2. Can you run the new enmesh AP's (emr3000) with PoE rather than the power cord?
  3. We've had our ENS202EXT for over two years, broadcasting two wifi SSIDs across nearly an acre of backyard, and it has performed flawlessly. Now we're adding some PoE security cameras in the surrounding area and I'd LIKE to think that this Engenius wifi unit, (configured as an AP) can be similarly powered by the Engenius PoE switch that we've installed specifically for these IP cameras. But I have a 'sneaking hunch' that if this ENS202EXT unit actually has what I read as a 'proprietary' PoE adapter, this might not be possible from this Engenius 24-port PoE switch, if it IS truly 'proprietary'... or am I wrong? Is the ENS202EXT PoE injector so 'proprietary' that it cannot be powered by the new Engenius PoE switch? Must I 'stick with' the PoE injector it came with?
  4. I am trying to install a couple EnGenius EDS6115 cameras and am having issues. I have them connected to my Cisco switch but don't seem to be getting power. I tried plugging them directly into a laptop and that didn't seem to provide the necessary power either. Does anybody have any suggestions on how I can get these cameras to function properly. Thanks so much for the help.

  6. Will EnGenius launch PoE adapter for outdoor environment?
  7. I noticed that all EWS controller switches comes with PoE which might not be too useful in some of my projects. Just wondering if you guys have any plans for EWS controller switches without PoE.
