Hi hope someone can help. I have unboxed an ENS500 long range bridge and connected to the PC. Changed settings, updated firmware etc...but the IP address change to either fixed or DHCP client doesn't hold. it seems to stay at 192.168.1.1
Hi There, Question. De default IP adres of the master EMR3000 is 192.168.0.1 (All the other devices get following numbers). My modem at home has default IP 192.168.1.1 Because of that, some devices connected to the WIFI from the EMR3000 can't see devices from my standart IP range. The question is: I want de EMR3000 has also IP numbers like 192.168.1.30 and 192.168.1.31 and so on. (I've got 6 of the EMR3000). How can I change the IP numbers of the devices or....... how can I change the IP numbers from the WIFI network? My modem has got a DHCP server witch is master. But when I shut down the DHCP in the EMR3000 settings, only one (the master EMR3000) was connected (and NOT with the IP number I'de hoped for - still something like 192.168.0.1) Can somebody help me please? Best regards, Yves
Hello! Yesterday I setup successfully my device (Dual-Band, Long Range Wireless N Indoor Access Point/Client Bridge). When I noticed the 2.4GHz signal was public/unprotected, I unplugged the device, brought it back to my computer, and logged back in. However, when I clicked on the 2.4GHz settings it stopped communicating and lost connection. I have spent over 24 hours trying to figure out why it won't connect. I did know if the firmware is updated, I read that if it had not been, the factory reset does not work. I have verified via ipconfig and in the Network Settings (Internet Protocol Version 4) that the IP address and Subnet Mask are the same. I get different messages: connection interrupted, site can't be reached. When I run diagnostics it does not identify a problem. I have used: 192.168.1.1 / 192.168.0.1 both with the same subset mask 255.255.255.0 Any help would be greatly appreciated!!! Eric
