Theoretically, router with class C network can hand out up 253 addresses other than itself. But do SOHO routers really have the computing power to serve 253 devices? What would be a realistic number of clients (wired and wireless)?
I've tried blocking Facebook on the EPG600 and EPG5000 by configuring the parental control to block the Facebook url. Unfortunately this does not work because Facebook is secured aka using https. Turns out that a lot of home routers can't block https sites. Is there a way to block https sites on our out IoT and Cloud routers?
