  1. Hi everybody. I'm having a problem with my iOS device (iPhone) connecting to the EnGenius AP device, and I need a help. The problem is: My iPhone device is intermitted network connection. When the screen is on, the connection is normal. But when the screen is off, it will lose connection, also don't display the wifi icon until the screen opens. So I can not get notification as message or email realtime when I turn off the screen. Does anyone have this problem? Please explain or help me. I am very grateful for that. Thank you so much!

  3. I am trying to install a couple EnGenius EDS6115 cameras and am having issues. I have them connected to my Cisco switch but don't seem to be getting power. I tried plugging them directly into a laptop and that didn't seem to provide the necessary power either. Does anybody have any suggestions on how I can get these cameras to function properly. Thanks so much for the help.
  4. Hello everyone, Forgive me for my inexperience with the world of networking, but I have a question regarding a wireless Ethernet bridge's capabilities, particularly the ENH202 module. I am wondering whether it would be possible to connect a remote Beaglebone Black (single board computer that runs Linux) to a computer using the ENH202 module. In particular, I want to know whether the ENH202 would allow me to SSH into the Beaglebone Black from the computer. In other words, could I configure the ENH202 to act as a sort of "long distance Ethernet cable?" I know that using a real Ethernet cable, one could SSH into a Beaglebone Black from a computer using just that Ethernet cable.
  5. MQTT (Message Queuing Telemetry Transport) is a lightweight messaging protocol that provides resource-constrained network clients with a simple way to distribute telemetryinformation. The protocol, which uses a publish/subscribe communication pattern, is used for machine-to-machine (M2M) communication and plays an important role in the Internet of Things (IoT). From http://internetofthingsagenda.techtarget.com/definition/MQTT-MQ-Telemetry-Transport Is any EnGenius' wireless product supported it ?
  6. It would be impossible without the knowledge of the highly experienced EnGenius team.
  7. Montgomery Technologies is a professional services firm specializing in the integration of technology and commercial real estate. “We provide technology management services for the commercial real estate industry, with a particular focus on telecommunications infrastructure, base building infrastructure, and tenant solutions,” explained Greg Jones, President of Montgomery Technologies. “Prior to using the EnGenius Neutron Series, we had disparate monitoring systems at various locations, and managing all of those systems was a challenge,” said Jones. “With the rollout of the ezMaster software, the Neutron Series has allowed us to really consolidate some of our infrastructure and leverage the platform to manage multiple networks across the country.” “Networking monitoring has taken a big turn with the introduction of the ezMaster platform,” explained Chris Tallerico, Director of Network Services for Montgomery Technologies. “We were managing and monitoring our wireless access points via a third-party product. With ezMaster, we’ve been able to migrate almost all of the WAPs that we monitor in the field to the platform which allows us now to centrally monitor and manage every single wireless product that we have throughout the United States on one platform.” Case study PDF: http://www.engeniustech.com/resources/Montgomery Tech Case Study FINAL.pdf Neutron series information: https://www.engeniustech.com/solutions/neutron-series.html
