  1. Maybe you released the button too soon. It will need to press and hold the reset button over 10 sec for reset to factory default.
  2. Have you tried the captive portal in Hotspot Service from ezMaster?
  3. For roaming consideration, the coverage is crucial; for 5GHz part on 11ac and 11n APs, if you have many APs mixed in the same area, use HT40 to accommodate 11n and 11ac clients and lower possible co-channel interference from adjacent APs in close area.
  4. There's no fixed cap; it will depend on the number of mesh nodes.
  5. Client isolation only takes care of isolation on wireless connection to the same SSID; however, L2 isolation further isolates inter-client access from the wired side on the same LAN in addition to wireless connection.
  6. Before you set the value, is it able to read the value?
  7. If bulk upgrade still has trouble on those 2 specific AP, you can write down IP addresses of those 2 AP and try to remove those 2 AP from managed list. After 2 AP revert back to standalone mode, upgrade the f/w to AP directly and when done, add 2 AP back to managed list.
  8. Instead, if guest client may roam between AP, please enable the user session control and lower the threshold value (depending on how frequent the user may roam). As each AP use separate network for guest access, guest clients will need to login again after they roam to different AP.
  9. How high and dense are those shrubs? Do you plan to access the AP at club house indoor or outdoor? EWS871AP and EWS650AP are both for outdoor usage. One is having external antenna; the other is having internal antenna facing the area for wireless access.
  10. For the time being, there're options of authentication type, splash page, redirect behavior, user session, and walled garden.
  11. Do you mean 200+ users in a WLAN?
  12. You may also check to see if you could find client name info at Active Client list.
  13. Check out the 1-click update as there're new f/w released last week. For EWS7928P, the new version is v1.05.42_c1.8.14 ( EWS360AP will need to update to c1.8.x version as well, currently available one is v3.2.14_c1.8.8)
  14. I think the actual throughput will depend on the wireless connection between your client and AP.
  15. Have you updated the AP's f/w to c1.8.x version?
  16. Have you tested whether your switch can reach out to the Internet as the 1-click server is on the Internet? You may check out the 1-click update as there're new f/w released last week..
  17. Check out the 1-click update as there're also new f/w released last week.
  18. Check out the 1-click update as there're new f/w released last week. For EWS7928P, the new version is v1.05.42_c1.8.14 ( EWS360AP will need to update to c1.8.x version as well, currently available one is v3.2.14_c1.8.8)
