  1. EnGenius is already aware of this and they are working for a fix. The ENS1200 has omni directional antenna and an IP55-Ratedwaterproof housing for exposure to the elements. See attached for the Antenna Beamwidth and Pattern. Antenna Specification and Pattern.docx

  3. Could you please verify the model of your EnGenius device? There is no EAP1300ENT model.
  4. ENS202EXT is an 802.11b/g/n wireless access point/bridge platform that operates on 2.4GHz radio band. The ENS500 will not work with ENS202 as it is operating on 5GHz radio band.
  5. Hi, There maybe a chance that your linksys router and the replacement modem has the same IP address. If so, you may try changing the IP address of your linksys router and so its DHCP server.

  9. Hi, Dan, The Guest Network is an isolated network built in to EWS access points. There is no way to control and schedule the wireless broadcast.
  10. You've just asked for an RMA. We have provided you the link to where you can send an RMA request. If none of the documentation we provided could help you, then this may obviously an issue with the phone. How about try a different battery if you have a spare one.

  16. Please make sure that you your ENH202 is already equipped with the latest firmware build posted on EnGenius official website.
  17. The ENH202 has no repeater function. Since the ENH202 (client bridge) is connected wireless from the existing router, you may connect an ENS202EXT at the back of the client bridge to provide wireless.

  19. You would have to download the firmware from the link provided and save it to a PC/laptop. Login to the configuration page of the EHN700EXT and go to firmware upgrade. Browse the file from the PC/Laptop and upload it to the ENH700EXT

You may also try implementing the following settings below: *For 2.4GHz Change the Channel HT mode to 20MHz only Use non-overlapping channel: 1,6, or 11 Use WPA2-PSK/AES only for the wireless security Set the TX power to 18dBm *For 5GHz Change the Channel HT mode to 80MHz only Use non-overlapping channel: 36, 52, 100, 116, 149 Use WPA2-PSK/AES only for the wireless security Set the TX power to 23dBm
