  1. I’m having a very strange issue with my home network that I’m trying to set up. I’m running my Xfinity wireless gateway in bridge mode. That gateway is connected to a Ubiquiti Edgerouter X. The Edgerouter is then connected to a Cisco SG200-26P switch. I’m using EnGenius EAP350 access points. When everything is setup and configured, wireless speed tests on my Dell laptop have results between 125 Mbs and 180 Mbs down. However, speed tests on my iPhone and iPad are deplorable, ranging from literally 0.10 Mbs to 3.85 Mbs down. The speed tests on the mobile devices seem to start normally, but then they plummet downwards to near nothing while the laptop consistently gets blazing speeds. I tried different security settings, no security, changed channels, and even changed DNS on my iPhone, but nothing worked. I would really love to get to the bottom of this and be able to deploy this network soon. I’m not an IT professional, but I do understand some networking lingo and basic setup. I would greatly appreciate any insight you might be able to provide to aid me in getting this solved. Much obliged, Stacy Wells
