  1. Hello! Yesterday I setup successfully my device (Dual-Band, Long Range Wireless N Indoor Access Point/Client Bridge). When I noticed the 2.4GHz signal was public/unprotected, I unplugged the device, brought it back to my computer, and logged back in. However, when I clicked on the 2.4GHz settings it stopped communicating and lost connection. I have spent over 24 hours trying to figure out why it won't connect. I did know if the firmware is updated, I read that if it had not been, the factory reset does not work. I have verified via ipconfig and in the Network Settings (Internet Protocol Version 4) that the IP address and Subnet Mask are the same. I get different messages: connection interrupted, site can't be reached. When I run diagnostics it does not identify a problem. I have used: 192.168.1.1 / 192.168.0.1 both with the same subset mask 255.255.255.0 Any help would be greatly appreciated!!! Eric

    ECB600 & CONTROLLER

    Can the ECB600 be managed by the EWS2910P. I have a client that wants interior APs, however they do not want to mount to the ceiling or the walls. We are putting in an EWS2910P with 3, ENS1200AP to cover the outside areas of their property. So if I can manage the ECB600 also that would make things easier.
  3. Electron Series ECB600 in comparison to Neutron Series EWS310AP.
  4. Customers are asking where to buy the antenna since their antenna broke.
  5. If the 2.4GHz radio on the dual-band AP is set to Client bridge, WDS-Bridge or WDS Station then the option to set the 5GHz radio to Client Bridge, WDS-Bridge or WDS Station does not appear and vice versa.
