  1. We have a DuraFon 1X and on ShoreTel we can answer a second call, but cannot transfer that call. When we have one call live and one on hold, our two options are switch between calls, or hang up one call. Since the DuraFon Pro supports multiple phone system analog extension ports, I assume I can be talking on line one, hear a call ringing on line two, put line one on hold, answer line two, transfer line two to a different extension on our ShoreTel system, and return to line one, but reading the manuals, I can not determine if that is possible or not. And if it is possible, how hard or easy is it to do.
