    The EZMaster can manage Neutron and EnTurbo (in AP mode) devices only. The EAP1750H is part of the Electron series not the Neutron or EnTurbo series.

  10. ENH700EXT Reset & Console

    Hi, Try to reset the ENH700EXT again. Power on the ENH700EXT and wait for 90 sec to allow the ENH700EXT to boot up. Press and hold the reset button on the PoE injector for over 11sec. Wait for another 2 minutes then check if you can ping the ENH700EXT.

  13. ENH700EXT Reset & Console

    Hi, Can you ping 192.168.1.1 with your computer wired to the ENH700EXT? Also, temporarily disable the WiFi on your computer.
  14. Hi, The ENS202EXT is just warning you that it will not run on 802.11n speed because the encryption that you set on it is TKIP. Set the encryption to AES instead and you will not see the caution message anymore. You will need to "forget the network" on your cellphone and re-enter the passphrase when you reconnect.

    You may have to reflash the firmware on the ENS500 with the .38 IP then reset. Please send the main and WDS Link settings page to me again via PM after the reflash and reconfiguration if the link still does not work. Oh and don't plug them in the same switch at the same time.

    Thanks for the pm with the screenshots. The ENS500's are not on the same wireless mode. The ENS500 with IP address 10.x.x.24 has the wireless mode set to A/N mixed while the ENS500 with IP address 10.x.x.38 has the wireless mode set to N-only. Either set both of them to N-only or set both of them to A/N mixed.

    Where did you find that “DIRECT-YLM283x Series”? On the SSID profiles or did you do a wireless scan?

    In WDS Bridge, the bridges recognize each other via their wireless mac addresses. If ENS500#1 has ENS500#2 showing UP that means that ENS500#1 can detect that ENS500#2 as broadcasting. This usually means that the correct wlan mac address of ENS500#2 is in the ENS500#1 WDS Link Settings. Double-check if the ENS500#2 WDS Link Settings has the correct wlan mac address of ENS500#1.

    The EnTurbo series does not support Background scanning, Auto Tx Power, and Rogue AP detection. Check the controller if those are enabled then disable them.
  24. Then ENS1750 does not have a universal repeater operation mode so it cannot connect to the campground WiFi and rebroadcast the WiFi signal.
  25. EAP9550 wireless

    Do you know the IP address set on your EAP9550? If you do know the current IP address of your EAP9550 then try to access the EAP9550 using that IP address. If you do not know the current IP address of your EAP9550 then you'll have to reset the EAP9550 back to the factory default settings. Are you referring to the QIG instructions on how to set up the static IP address 192.168.1.10 on your computer?
