  1. If you want to add the EWS1025CAM to an EMR3000 mesh network, check out the following link: https://engeniustechsupport.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/115009489888
  2. Yes, the EMR3000 updates automatically. Check out the following article on the EnGenius Help Center: https://engeniustechsupport.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/115009327327
  3. The ENH500 does not update the firmware automatically. It may be that there is competing 5GHz signals in the area. 300 Mbps is the wireless link rate and is not the actual throughput. You may want to check out the following article from speedguide.net: https://www.speedguide.net/faq/what-is-the-actual-real-life-speed-of-wireless-374
  4. Check out the EnGenius EPA5006GAT.
  5. At 500ft away, what is the RSSI that the ENH200 is detecting from your friend's wireless router? Perhaps the signal is too weak at 500ft away.
  6. The ENH210EXT can be powered using an 802.3af/at PoE injector but it can also be powered by the EPE-48GR PoE injector. However, only the EPE-48GR has the hardware reset button that can reset the ENH210EXT back to factory default settings. The only other way to reset the ENH210EXT back to factory default is to first access the ENH210EXT GUI and select the reset option.
  7. Have you tried setting the Channel HT mode to 20MHz only and changing the wireless channel to the least congested non-overlapping channel? Also try decreasing the transmit power. Start at 14dBm and increase if necessary.
  8. The ENH202 as an access point should be on the same subnet as your router. For example, your router has a local IP address of 192.168.1.1, then you set the ENH202 with an IP address of something like 192.168.1.250. Also the ENH202 has to be wired to one of the LAN ports of your router.
  9. Yes, the default gateway should be the same as the local IP address of your router which is 192.168.1.1. That said, with an RSSI of -86dBm the ENH500 is getting a pretty weak signal from the router. For very good connection, the target RSSI is between -45dBm to -60dBm. An RSSI from -61dBm to -70dBm is okay.

  15. Yes a pair of EnStationAC in WDS Bridge to WDS Bridge configuration would work. Or if you just need the wireless link for 1 or 2 cameras you can get a pair of ENS500.
