  1. I've updated our ECB1750 to that same firmware and the 5GHz channels are present. You may want to try using another web browser.
  2. I recommend that you try typing in the DNS on the EAP1750H Basic configuration.
  3. Pole Mount Size

The polemount strap on the ENS620EXT and the EnStationAC is suited for poles 1"-2.5" in diameter.
  4. ENS500

You may want to try setting the ENS500 in Client Router mode. Keep in mind that the ENS500 only works exclusively on the 5GHz band and may not work if the WiFi that it tries to connect to have a splash page/captive portal.
  5. Check out the following article from the EnGenius Help Center for information regarding the power requirements of outdoor EnTurbo devices such as the ENS620EXT, ENS500EXT-AC, EnStation5-AC and the ENS500-AC: https://engeniustechsupport.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/115000955512
  6. Check out the following article from the EnGenius Help Center for information regarding the power requirements of the EAP1300 and EAP1300EXT: https://engeniustechsupport.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/115000955812
  7. It is possible to set a name on each EnMesh device to better identify them. Check out the following Help Center link: https://helpcenter.engeniustech.com/hc/en-us/articles/115000837112
  8. If you want to add another EMR3000 pod to an existing and working EnMesh network, you may want to check out the following Help Center article: https://helpcenter.engeniustech.com/hc/en-us/articles/115000836572
  9. Wireless Bridge

You may want to use a pair of the new ENS500-AC to set up a wireless link from the main house to the guest house. It is best to install a separate AP inside the guest house such as the EAP1300.
  10. You may want to check out the following article on the EnGenius Help Center: https://helpcenter.engeniustech.com/hc/en-us/articles/115005798427
  11. A pair of EnStationAC bridges would work fine at 1/4 mile. You may want to set the transmit power of each bridge to get the best effect.
  12. ENH500 IP address

Are you still in the process of accessing the ENH500 for setup? If you are then you have to set a static IP address like to be able to access the ENH500 user interface. The ENH500 will not furnish an IP address to the computer for setup.
  13. Best way is to set up a dedicated bridge using a pair of ENS500-AC from the main router to the camp. You can then install an AP link the ENS620EXT at the camp.
  14. EDS6115 cameras not getting power...

The EDS6115 can be powered using an 802.3af PoE compliant PoE injector or switch. You may want to check if your Cisco switch has 802.3af compliant PoE ports. Also, I don't think your laptop is able to provide power to PoE devices.
  15. Do you get internet if you plug in your computer to the client router? In client router mode, the ENS202EXT does not broadcast an SSID to connect to.
