  1. Maybe your ENS1200 is still on the default IP address 192.168.1.1. Try accessing it as if new by connecting a computer to it using an Ethernet cable and setting a static IP address like 192.168.1.10 on the computer Ethernet NIC.
  2. Have you tried resetting the switch and setting it up again?
  3. If after a firmware update of the switch you are unable to save settings, check out the following article from the EnGenius Help Center: https://helpcenter.engeniustech.com/hc/en-us/articles/115005798427

  7. What is the firmware version on the EWS360AP?
  8. @JeremF, Do both of your ENH500s indicate that the link is UP? What's the RSSI on each ENH500?
  9. Try the following: 1. If all APs are members of an AP group, edit AP group settings then try removing then adding the member APs again. 2. If not all APs are in a group, create an AP group and add all non-group APs to that AP group. All APs detected on the controller should be a member of an AP group.
  10. Smartphones by design have low-power built-in wireless adapters and low gain antennas. It is already pretty good that you iPhone can see the signal from the ENH1750EXT and the SA5315 at 0.75 miles away.
  11. Just to isolate, try using another computer and disable the wireless adapter on it (if it has one).
  12. Have you tried setting the wireless mode to AC and the channel HT mode to 80MHz?
  13. The EWS660AP should not have any problems covering the pool area. Do you mean "Medium" on PoE port priority of the EGS2108P switch?
  14. It is not possible to auto-assign VLAN based on RADIUS authentication. You can set the EAP600 to broadcast two different SSIDs with each SSID tagged to a separate VLAN ID.
  15. The ENH202 is not a Neutron wireless access point so it cannot be managed by a Neutron controller. The EWS660AP is a Neutron wireless access point.
